Barry drops out of superspeed the moment Yamato gives the word; coming to a sliding stop back near the staircase and holding a moment with his hands on his knees trying to get his breath back.

"Awesome. Glad it worked."

This time when Yamato gives direction on where the bad guys are Barry knows how to orient himself and follow them. He moves in a blur, counting each guy as they go down until the fifth one is taken care of.
